
Located between Interstate 40 and Interstate 75 is Grande Vista Bay on Watts Bar Lake. This 1,200 acre development is gated for privacy and offers more than seven miles of shoreline. Lake access and direct lake front home sites are available. Lake recreation is available from several boat launching ramps and three neighborhood marinas.
Watts Bar Lake is impressive with more than 39,000 acres and 771 miles of recreational shoreline. Boaters can travel from Grande Vista Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. There are also numerous commercial marinas and a large public park within a few minutes’ drive.
East Tennessee’s moderate climate allows homeowners and visitors to enjoy outdoor recreation during all four seasons of the year.
Grande Vista Bay’s well designed development offers underground electric service, hybrid sewer system, utility water, natural gas, and digital communication. The nature of the land has been preserved and maintains a natural setting for bald eagles, osprey and deer. Thief Neck Island, a wildlife preserve, lies across the channel from Grande Vista Bay.
Residents of Grande Vista Bay relax and enjoy the wooded home sites and rolling fields with views, wide lake vistas and pristine shoreline. Custom homes are spread though out the development on estate sized lots. Reasonable covenants and low HOA fees further enhance the neighborhood. If building is not in the immediate plans, there is no minimum timetable for building. Many of the lot owners have purchased property with plans on building their dream home in the future.
In the meantime, any property owner has access to the million dollar club house. The facility features a commercial service kitchen, large covered stone patio with grilling area, a swimming pool, several decks, and a central vaulted lounge with fireplace for almost any size group.
